Himalayan Bowls 11 Days Training in NEPAL (March 2024)

During March 2024 a new edition of the “International Course on the use of Himalayan Singing Bowls” at a professional level will be held in Kathmandu (Nepal). It is the first training offered in 11 days with the most complete Programme in the world. In this 2024 edition there will be two groups:

- from 3 to 14 March 2024: in English:

1 space available

- from 20 to 31 March: in Spanish:

Spanish Group: FULLY BOOKED

The training is given by the best Masters of Sound with Himalayan Singing Bowls and Gong from Nepal, with international experience such as Santa R. Shakya, Sajan Thapaliya or Amit Shrestha; and the Programme is directed by Óscar QdeCuenco who also teaches the Kinesiology Test among other subjects. The ancestral knowledge of the East meets the therapeutic technique of the West.

There will be about 100 hours of class and a Syllabus with all the contents learnt: every day a Dossier with the detailed lessons, and audiovisual support. The teachings are very sensitive and include very powerful energy movements. In addition, there will also be a Practice with blind people from the NGOs "Chain For Change" or "Seeing Hands Nepal".

The structure of the Programme takes into account that first the therapist has to go through a personal process with Sound. Once they know how to locate their blockages and know how to stay as much as possible in their centre, they are at the point of being able to apply Sound to other people. For this reason the Programme includes a section on self-treatment and a section on treating others. Also a Masterclass to apply sound in group meditations, Tibetan Singing Bowls concerts, or Yoga sessions, among many other skills...

The Training is intensive, so you take home homework to work on your Self first and then apply all the treatments and sequences learnt to other people.

During the 11 days in Kathmandu you learn in addition to the use and handling of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Bell and Dorje, Tingshas, and Gong; the correct use of the Kinesiology Muscle Test to know how to use it with Sound, the Kinesonora Protocol Ⓡ. You also learn the Practice of "Nada Yoga" or Yoga of Sound. And specific techniques that you can only and exclusively learn from the best Masters in Nepal with decades of experience. It is a Healing Sound Course that moves a lot of energy, so protection and energy management tools such as Personal Planetary Mantras (a unique and secret formula for each person depending on your date of birth) or Protective Mudras, among others, are offered....

You can consult the Course index to see everything you learn. It is definitely the most complete Programme on this subject that exists in the world, offered in just 11 days in the Himalayan country. It prepares the therapist with all the necessary tools to offer Healing Sound sessions, as well as the personal work involved in this course.

For those of us who give this training it is a gift, for all the content we offer and for the time it takes to learn. Those who learn this course are trained with enough tools to work with Sound to other people in a complete way. This training is not an introductory course or the first level of a longer one, but we condense all possible knowledge in the teachings of these 11 days.

The 2023 group brought together people from Germany, France, USA, Macedonia, Cuba, or Spain... The maximum number of people per group is only 10 people. When the group is full, the registrations are closed. For March 2024 two editions have been prepared: one in English and one with a Spanish translator.

For half a year after the Course there will be monthly online tutorials to follow up and clarify doubts and questions.

An accredited Diploma of Training in the Kasha Tradition is awarded at the end of the course, endorsed by the prestigious Singing Bowl Centre of Nepal.

There are 11 days of lessons during the 12 days. For each of the groups a holiday will be given which coincides with:

- Group 1 (in English): 8 March, Shiva Ratri Festivity, the day dedicated to Shiva which is celebrated so much in Nepal night and day.

- Group 2 (in English): 24 March, Holi, the Festival of Colour, a day to celebrate in the streets of Kathmandu.
