 En este escrito voy a detallar los principales movimientos y actividades para 2024.

PROGRAMA GENERAL ACTIVIDADES 2024

Cuencos Tibetanos, Retiros, Cursos, Formación y Viajes a India

ENERO 2024

Durante el Solsticio del 22 de diciembre de 2023 se fabricarán los Cuencos de Solsticio. Toda la producción al completo va a pasar a mis manos, y tras supervisar los Cuencos uno a uno les imprimiremos la inscripción que los diferencia como tales. Es una Serie Limitada de sólo unos 25 Cuencos aproximadamente. (Actualización: han salido 19. Quedan disponibles todavía 14)

Durante enero haré la distribución de los mismos allá donde haya gente interesada en ellos. Estaré en Nepal y podré hacer envíos desde allí.

MARZO 2024

Durante este mes hay varias actividades importantes en Nepal:

 · Dos ediciones del “International Course of Singing Bowls”, el Curso más completo y que recoge a los mejores Maestros de Sonido de Nepal. Una Formación de 11 días donde aprender a nivel profesional el uso y manejo de Cuencos del Himalaya para uso personal y terapéutico.

- Edición en inglés: del 3 al 14 de marzo. Queda 1 plaza disponible.

- Edición en español: del 20 al 31 de marzo. Curso ya completo, lleno.

 · El 20 de marzo se celebra el Equinoccio de Primavera. La producción de Cuencos de ese día pasará también a mis manos para supervisarla cuenco por cuenco y hacerla llegar a quienes les interese tener un Cuenco fabricado ese día en particular.

MAYO 2024

Durante este mes estaré en España. Allí ofreceré la misma Formación que en Nepal, el Curso de 11 días a nivel profesional de Auto-Sanación y Sanación mediante el Sonido con Cuencos.

JUNIO 2024

Durante este mes estaré puntualmente realizando sesiones, cursos y conciertos de Cuencos Tibetanos en Andalucía (Algeciras, Málaga, Tarifa y San Roque).

JULIO 2024

Centraré mis actividades en Sitges: 

- día 18, Concierto con Manish Shrestha: Cuencos, Sarod y Mantras.
- día 19, Círculo de Mantra OM/AUM
- día 20, Curso de Mantras Personales
- día 21, Curso de Cuencos Tibetanos.

 Todas las actividades se llevarán a cabo en Ashtanga Yoga Sitges.

 

AGOSTO 2024

En agosto estaré en Austria, ofreciendo Cursos, Sesiones individuales, y Conciertos de Cuencos.

Ofreceré Cursos y Tratamientos en Estiria, principalmente. Este año por estar poco tiempo en Austria no puedo ofecer el Retiro de Verano... He de salir a Nepal este mismo mes y no me da tiempo a organizar el Retiro.

SEPTIEMBRE 2024

Por indicación de mi astrólogo no haré durante 2024 actividades presenciales en Nepal. En este mes de septiembre estaré allí igualmente, y es posible que ofrezca algún evento online desde Nepal.

El domingo 22 de septiembre se celebra el Equinoccio. Será un día de alta influencia de energía solar. La producción de Cuencos de aquel día será supervisada personalmente por mí, sellada como tal, y enviada a quienes necesiten un Cuenco de Equinoccio con especial energía de Sol.

OCTUBRE 2024

Durante la Festividad de Dashain y Navaratri estaré en Nepal, desde donde haré alguna conexión online de interés.

 

OCTUBRE-NOVIEMBRE 2024

Mes para disfrutar el Sur de la India desde una perspectiva diferente: un Viaje de dos semanas por Kerala y Tamil Nadu en el que recorrer los más interesantes lugares. Este India Experience coincide con Diwali, el Festival más celebrado por los hindúes: la fiesta de la victoria de la Luz sobre la Ocuridad.

Namaste dear friends from Vienna. After some weeks in Austria offering the Sound of my Tibetan Bowls, I arrive finally to Vienna, but only for a few days.

Untill the day Sunday 18th Septembre I will offer personal Treatmens; one Full Moon Tibetan Bowls Concert; and two Worlkshops, about use of Bowls and about your Personal Mantras. I explain in detail all info below:

PERSONAL TREATMENTS

Like always you can get a personal treatment with Healing Sound. Aura & Chakras are empowered during a session. As you know the basis of my work is the Kinesiology Test in order to diagnose how your Energetic Body is; and with the vibration of Tibetan Bowls we get the perfect tune of your Fisic, Mental and Energetic Systems. One session takes 90 minutes.

TIBETAN BOWLS CONCERT

Monday, first day of the week, connected to Moon, is the day that I will offer a tibetan bowls concert with the energy of Ful Moon, and only with Full Moon Bowls. This will take place in 17th District, in Dornbach. Limited spaces, make reservation before. Only one Concert!

TIBETAN BOWLS WORKSHOP

During Saturday September 17th you can learn to use Bowls for your personal development and/or to help others. Limited spaces, only 5 people, make reservation in advance. I offer the Complete Program with this Workshop. (only 100€)

PERSONAL MANTRAS

All of us we have Personal Mantras for each planet. As my Astrology and Yoga Gurus in Nepal teach me before, I teach to people the 5 different forms of activating Mantras that exist; and I give you your Personal Planetary Mantras, and how to use them. By the way I give you your Sillables for Moon and Ascendant Connection. All of this appears in your Natal Chart (remember, I practice Vedic Astrology, not Western Astrology). This Workshop is usefull to understand your Vedic Birth Chart, and you don't need to know anything about Astrology before... 

I offer a Dossier with your Personal information about you, your Personal Mantras, and all we learn during the Workshop for you to be able make your Practice. This Workshop is very special and powerfull... (only 120€). Limited Spaces, only 5 people.

SINGING BOWLS FROM NEPAL

If you need a Singing Bowl of the best quality, I have in Vienna several, of several types: Normal; Original Full Moon; Nirvana Bowls; Stupa Bowls... all of them original, not copies...

All these activities I will offer during these days, only during these 2 weeks. Untill one year I will be not be able to come back again to Europe: I go in September to Asia, Nepal, India and who knows, till next year.

This “Full Moon Retreat” is celebrated in a 100% natural environment, with vegetarian food, synchronized with the Full Moon and Sun energies of August. Its main objective is to balance planetary forces into yourself. The medium will be: Sound and Vibration of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Meditation, and specific technics that you learn during these days in order to increase your planetary energies. There are special events like Thursday and Saturday nights Tibetan Singing Bowls Concert under the Full Moon light; or the Forest Inner Sound moment.

Learn to establish a relationship between your personal sounds (based on your Vedic Astrologic Birth Chart), and the Tibetan Singing Bowls, from which you will learn during these days how to use them for your personal benefit, and for therapeutic use with other people. And learn how to work on yourself with your personal syllables depending on your Vedic Astral Chart. 

You don’t need to know anything about Vedic Astrology, 

all usefull information is given to you in a Dossier during the Retreat.

PROGRAM:

THURSDAY, 11th

Arrival and reception of the participants from 10:30h.

Practical explanation about the Retreat and its surroundings: Objectives of the Retreat, visit to the different spaces: Meditation Room, Sleeping-Rooms, Dome, Swimming Pool, etc.

11h: Sound Meditation Technic, first step. Balancing your Solar & Lunar Energies through Breath and Sound: Ida and Pingala Channels cleanse and activation.

12h: Eating time.

16h: Brief introduction to understand the bases of the Retreat: Sound, inner connection through sound; Vedic Astrology, what is it, how can it be useful in my life, how will I find my Inner Sound in these days?

Learning of the Day: What and which are your two syllables of power and strength, according to your natal Moon? How to use them for your self, your meditation, your goals and your development?

18h: Dinner

Free time until the Practice of the Day.

20:30h: Practice of the Day: Meditation for the Activation of your syllables of Strength and Power. And Meditation in Group with the Lunar Syllable active in that moment, in that "here and now".

22h TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS CONCERT UNDER THE LIGHT OF FULL MOON.

7h Venus Meditation. Sungazing (How to Balance/Increase your Solar Energy)

15h Group Meditation: Common meditative practice. You will also learn a technique using Sound to harmonise groups or to lead Group Meditations through Sound and Silence.

16h Second Learning of the Day: How to help other people with Tibetan Singing Bowls.

18h Dinner

20:30h Practice of the Day: Roundtable and Q&A dialogue on Healing and Sound. We will discuss some Sacred Texts on Healing and Transformative Sounds.

SATURDAY, 13th

7h Saturn Meditation. Sungazing (How to Balance/Increase your Solar Energy)

7:30h Breakfast

8:30h First Learning of the Day: How to help yourself with Tibetan Singing Bowls. Various techniques are learned in this time.

10:30h Free time, swiming time, rest time…

12h Eating time.

Free time

 

15h Forest Experience: How to find your Inner Tone/Sound. This is one of the High-Lights moments of the Retreat, a very special and deep moment to discover which is your Inner Tone.

18h Dinner

Free time until the beginning of the Tibetan Singing Bowls Concert in the open air, under the light of the (almost) Full Moon, at 22h.

22h TIBETAN SINGING BOWLS CONCERT UNDER THE LIGHT OF FULL MOON: This activity is open for any other people. Everybody is wellcome. See next pic:

 

 

SUNDAY 14th

7:30h Breakfast

8:30h Practice of the Day: Questions, doubts, clarifications on what we have learned during the days of the Retreat.

Activity: Short guided meditation in which we all synchronize with the Lunar energy through the syllable that rules the Moon at that precise moment. 

10h Learning of the Day: The planets in your hand: How are the planets represented in your fingers according to your Natal Chart? How can I balance the damaged planets in my Astral Chart?

Farewell

NOTES:

I need to know the date, time and place of birth of each person. With this information I create the Natal Vedic Chart of each person, and so I can know which properties he/she has: Syllables of Power and Strength, the specific personal characteristics, etc. This information will be personal and non-transferable, it will not be made public during the Retreat. It is for personal use if you decide it.

It is not necessary to have any prior knowledge of Astrology to join the Retreat. What you need to know is explained on the first day, without technicalities, during the Retreat. It is not an Astrology Retreat, but a Retreat to learn how to use it in your favor for your daily life, your meditation, your work, your goals, your life objectives… And of course a Retreat in where Sound of Tibetan Bowls and your Inner Tone and Sound are more than important.

During these days is given a Dossier with everything learned in the Retreat. Also another Dossier, personal, with your syllables of power, and extra information, etc. This is specially designed depending on your Natal Chart, and personal. No extra charge is applied. Price includes all Program.

You don`t need to have any Tibetan Bowl, all are provided during the Retreat. If you want to buy some you will able to see and choose in between many of them there, from the best quality 7 Metal Bowls and the Full Moon Bowl type.

Organic Vegetarian & option for Vegan food provided during the weekend. If you have any food intolerance or allergy please let us know in advance.
